The Irish government agency is seeking a vendor to provide temporary agency workers, recruitment services, and executive search services. Alongside these staffing services, the agency requires a high-performance document scanning system designed for rapid, accurate, and reliable digitization of mixed document types. This hardware and software solution must support automated feeding and processing of varied media up to thirty-two centimeters in width and forty-seven centimeters in length with minimal manual intervention. The requested scanning system must deliver high-volume throughput suitable for high-productivity environments and feature user-friendly controls with flexible configuration options. The agency requires the system to be supplied with its own server for creating PDF files and customizable XML data. For security and infrastructure integration, the solution must connect with an on-premise 2016 level Active Directory domain and Azure Active Directory for authentication. The system must run compatibly with the Windows 11 operating system and utilize Active Directory security groups for role-based application access control. It must also integrate with a distributed file system file share. Physical hardware requirements include an automatic document feeder with a minimum capacity of three hundred sheets and the capability to scan one hundred and ten pages per minute. The scanner must perform one-touch scanning without separate document preparation, and it must handle damaged or stapled documents without damaging the imaging system. The agency limits eligibility to onshore vendors located in Ireland only. The performance of the work will take place offsite.
