HR and Payroll Software and Implementation Services

The issuing agency is seeking a vendor to provide human resources and payroll software along with comprehensive implementation services. The selected system must manage human capital and payroll functions, including banks and entitlements, employee data, employee leaves, employee self-service, offboarding, onboarding, payroll, performance management, position management, recruitment, scheduling, and time entry. Additionally, the software must address accessibility, artificial intelligence, backups and disaster recovery, brand integration, data management, production and non-production environment management, help and support documentation, records and information management, reporting and analytics, system availability and uptime, and system upgrades and patch management. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore vendors located in Canada. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will award a contract for a period of two years.
