Home and Community Care Client Experience Survey Services

The Alberta government authority is seeking a vendor to provide home and community care client experience survey services. The agency will use this feedback to report on the current state of home and community care from the perspective of clients and to provide stakeholders and service providers with information to inform ongoing quality improvement efforts. The scope of work requires a web-based version of the survey sent directly to clients with a valid email address, which must include an option for clients to request a mailed paper survey. This web-based survey must mirror the paper survey in appearance and layout to the extent possible, with one exception. The vendor must also deliver paper survey packages by direct mail to eligible clients who do not have an email address. Bidders must perform the work onsite and must be located onshore in Canada. The agency requires the selected vendor to provide a preliminary data file four weeks after the survey is first in the field. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget.
