Pavement Condition Index Survey and Analysis Service

The Town of Colchester, Vermont is seeking a consulting firm to perform a pavement condition index survey and analysis service for approximately eighty-seven miles of town-owned and maintained roadways. The town needs to identify roadway roughness by collecting profile data using the International Roughness Index.
