Unarmed Security Guard Services

The Hall County Library System in Gainesville, Georgia is seeking a qualified entity to provide unarmed security guard services under a professional services agreement. The library needs a visual security presence to patrol and monitor the interior and exterior of the facility, including the adjacent parking lots. The security guard will assist library staff in removing and excluding individuals based on the patron public conduct policy and other pertinent regulations or laws. Additionally, the guard will provide library staff with professional advice on security-related matters and deliver detailed, accurate reporting of events and activities. The agency is limiting eligibility to onshore organizations based in the United States. The performance of the work will take place offsite. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is looking for bidders to propose a budget. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 24, 2026.
