Wayfinding Master Plan Design Services

The agency is seeking turn-key planning and design services for the management, public input, design, and preparation of a full wayfinding package. The project aims to solve the need for a cohesive wayfinding system through inventorying existing signs, planning proposed placements, designing regulatory and safety signage, and updating logos and branding. The selected contractor will handle stakeholder coordination, cost estimating, phasing, value engineering, and obtaining all necessary construction approvals and permits. The scope of work covers public and stakeholder input, inventory strategies, branding development, graphic design, installation detail design, lighting design, and private property coordination. The agency also requires project meetings, design development, permitting, and construction phase services. Performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity.
