Gateway Messaging and Public Art and Design Project Services

The Town of Woodstock is seeking a vendor to provide gateway messaging and public art and design project services. The municipality needs a complete exterior design concept for its street tank to draw Interstate 81 travelers into the downtown area. This concept must incorporate a brief, resonant gateway message and utilize coating products that are compatible with the maintenance contractor's existing system. The selected vendor must produce final design files in formats compatible with large-format exterior application, adhering to production specifications provided upon selection. The scope of work also requires attending coordination meetings with town staff and the tank maintenance contractor to confirm design feasibility and application logistics. Additionally, the agency requires minor design revisions as reasonably requested prior to the final handoff of the files. Eligibility is limited to onshore United States organizations. The agency allows the performance of the work to occur offsite.
