Bus Service

The Seneca Nation of Indians in Salamanca, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide operated vehicles for a fixed-route public transportation bus service with route deviation capabilities. The agency requires a flexible service where routes, stops, and stop locations can be altered, added, or discontinued at any time to meet the evolving needs of current and future passengers. The service must operate curb-to-curb, with passengers paying fares via passes or other collectible items. The selected operator must deliver the service daily at times and locations designated by the transit manager. The operator must follow all policies, practices, procedures, and terms directed by the nation regarding fare collection, revenue security, passes, transfers, and interconnections with other transportation agencies. The agency is contracting this service for a one-year performance period, and all work must be performed onsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and requires all questions to be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
