Cleaning Services

The El Dorado Hills County Water District in California is seeking a qualified vendor to perform specialized cleaning services at its local facility. The agency requires the thorough cleaning of digester domes, interior walls, interior piping and supports, and the floor cone to ensure the complete removal of residual sludge and debris from all structural and mechanical surfaces. Additionally, the selected vendor must mechanically clean the screening unit using spiral brushes to remove rags, plastics, and other large debris. The agency requires all cleaning activities to be conducted with extreme care to prevent any damage to or removal of protective coatings on interior surfaces. To ensure personnel safety during these operations, the vendor must provide continuous ventilation and hazardous gas monitoring throughout the process. Only organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this contract, and all requested work must be performed directly onsite at the El Dorado Hills location. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is currently looking for proposals to determine the cost of these services. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting scheduled for June 23, 2026, to remain eligible for award. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted to the agency no later than June 24, 2026.
