Night-Time Contracted Custodial Services

The government authority in Evergreen, Colorado is seeking a professional cleaning contractor to provide night-time contracted custodial services. The agency needs these services performed primarily during evening and night hours after the regular school day concludes. The primary objective is to maintain clean, safe, healthy, and sanitary facilities that support student learning without disrupting daytime educational activities. The scope of work covers specific areas including classrooms, restrooms, hallways, common areas, staff work areas, lounges, entry vestibules, and stairwells. Daily night-time tasks for classrooms require sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins, dusting, cleaning whiteboards, and disinfecting high-touch areas. For bathrooms, the contractor must thoroughly clean and disinfect all fixtures, walls, partitions, and floors, as well as restock all consumables. Hallway and general tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, spot cleaning, removing trash, cleaning glass, and securing the areas upon completion. The agency requires all work to be performed onsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore entities located in the United States. The contract period will span one year, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals. Bidders must submit all questions no later than June 19, 2026.
