Advanced Metering Infrastructure Program Manager Services

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) Water in Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) program manager services. The agency needs to develop and maintain a Full Deployment Project Plan that aligns with its strategic objectives. To solve its deployment challenges, the agency requires a prioritization strategy based on customer affordability, meter infrastructure concerns, and other pertinent factors. The scope of work also includes developing and managing a comprehensive Risk and Mitigation Plan that the selected vendor must update continuously throughout the project lifecycle. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore USA organizations only. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this project. Bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. A pre-bid meeting will take place on June 15, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 19, 2026.
