RFI Project and Operational Management Platform

The agency is seeking a project and operational management platform to support project tracking, portfolio governance, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. The platform must allow users to click into a project from a portfolio-level dashboard to obtain further details. It must also provide multiple ways to view project data, including Gantt chart, Card View, Calendar View, and Dynamic View. The requested platform must enable the creation of multiple views from a single datasheet so different audiences can view relevant rows, columns, and filters without altering the original dataset. Updates to the dataset must automatically update the corresponding dynamic views. Additionally, the system must include an AI tool that assists users in creating formulas, along with capabilities for effort, duration, and time estimates to manage work and create project proposals. The agency requires time-tracking capabilities and the ability to manage billing and invoicing within the same project management system. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to participate. The performance of all work under this contract will take place offsite. The agency is looking for budget proposals from respondents to determine the cost of the platform. All questions regarding this request for information must be submitted no later than June 5, 2026.
