The Pennsylvania government authority is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive OpenText support services. The agency needs assistance with a specific suite of technologies including eDirectory, IDM, OES, iPrint, Filr Standard, Privileged Account Manager for Workstation, Secure Login NetIQ Access Manager, and Zenworks. Additionally, the selected partner must support, update, and troubleshoot the agency's Microsoft on-premises and Azure suites. The scope of work requires the vendor to create and maintain highly detailed infrastructure documentation, including systems diagrams and architectural assessments, to satisfy support, audit, compliance, and disaster recovery requirements. The agency also expects the vendor to support and lead proof-of-concept efforts. All work will be performed offsite over a contract period of five years. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and will accept digital submissions via email or online. Bidders must submit all questions by June 5, 2026, ahead of a non-mandatory telephone conference scheduled for June 10, 2026.
