Miscellaneous Consultant Services

The City of Richardson, Texas, is seeking miscellaneous consultant services to support various administrative, educational, and operational functions. The agency needs qualified professionals to provide staff development training, technology analysis, operations analysis, and garden services. Additionally, the scope covers specialized educational support, including special education, career and technology education, student healthcare, psychology, audiology, and speech-language pathology. The selected providers will also deliver administrative consulting, translation and interpreting services, graphic artistry, and audio or video production. The agency is also requesting presenters, such as authors, storytellers, and speakers, alongside any other services deemed appropriate for this request. All contracted work must be performed offsite at the provider's own office location. Only organizations based onshore in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure of the contract. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this procurement no later than July 8, 2026.
