Computer Maintenance Management System

The agency is seeking a Computer Maintenance Management System to enhance operational efficiency, improve data integrity, and enable strategic, data-informed decision-making for Facilities Services. The current system, Sprocket, does not meet these needs, prompting the agency to require a complete system replacement and data migration. The selected vendor must implement the system fully in collaboration with the agency, providing setup, configuration, testing, validation, and data migration. The scope of work covers core functionality for work orders, preventive maintenance, asset management, inspections, estimates, material ordering, reporting, billing, customer access, and mobile field use. The agency prefers integration with existing institutional systems such as Banner, HR, payroll, finance, and other platforms through APIs, flat files, or messaging-based integration methods. The final deliverables must include a fully configured environment, mobile and web access, user and administrator training, role-based documentation, go-live support, post-implementation stabilization, and ongoing technical support. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected vendor must perform all work offsite at their own office location.
