Program Management and Governance Support Service

The government authority located in Virginia is seeking a program management office consultant to provide specialized large portfolio and program management expertise. This partner will help successfully develop, implement, and deliver the County’s capital program. The agency requires an experienced executive with demonstrated capability in planning, programming, budgeting, and executing large and diverse infrastructure portfolios, distinguishing this role from a standard project manager. The scope of work covers overall program management, portfolio and project tracking, monitoring, controls, and project and executive reporting. The selected partner will also perform program analysis and evaluation, project coordination, grant funding support, financial management and coordination, and as-needed cost estimating. The agency requires all performance of the work to be conducted offsite. Eligibility is limited strictly to onshore United States organizations.
