Point of Sale System

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive point of sale system. This system must log, track, and manage inventory across multiple facilities using a barcode system to control losses. The selected provider will be responsible for purchasing and maintaining all computer equipment needed to support the new system, while the software company will perform ongoing software support and program maintenance. The requested software must feature interactive touch screens for inventory searches or sales, mobile point of sale units for increased flexibility, and credit card technology that integrates with top processing services such as ETS and Blue Pay. It must support gift cards, promo codes, coupon redemptions, rain checks, memberships, membership cards, and recurring billing. Additionally, the system needs to facilitate a customizable loyalty and rewards program to drive revenue and collect data, track individual golfers' spending patterns, and drop accessed golfer data directly into a database. The system must centralize sales data to provide real-time performance reports and allow users to export these reports to PDF and Excel files. It must also generate accounting files for the purpose of importing journal entries. Only United States organizations are eligible to bid on this opportunity, and the performance of the work will take place offsite.
