New Zealand - High Content Imaging System

The University of Auckland is seeking a vendor to provide a high content imaging system for automated imaging and analysis of fixed and live biological samples. The system must support cell cultures, spheroids, organoids, and 3D matrices to facilitate phenotypic screening, drug discovery, pharmacological testing, cell biology, cancer research, molecular medicine, and translational research requiring large-scale image datasets. The agency requires integration with secure IT infrastructure, including a virtual machine and remote access to image databases and analysis software, to allow data analysis without interrupting acquisition. The agency limits eligibility to onshore organizations based in New Zealand. The performance of the work will take place offsite, and bidders must submit their responses digitally via email or online. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has set the deadline for all questions no later than June 8, 2026.
