The municipal government authority located in the city is seeking a modern, user-friendly software platform to replace major components of its current legacy Tyler Technologies systems. The agency aims to streamline internal workflows and enhance citizen engagement through this new platform. While a fully integrated solution is preferred, the agency will consider selecting different components from multiple vendors to fulfill the entire scope. The scope of work requires bidders to explain their bi-directional integration capabilities with Esri/ArcGIS Online for location-based data.
