Salesforce Licences Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide Salesforce licenses services and manage the complete Software Development Lifecycle from requirements gathering through post-deployment support. The selected vendor must handle product backlog management, stakeholder engagement, requirement elicitation, and scalable solution design. The scope of work also encompasses development and quality assurance, staffing model alignment, real-time data integration, document management system identification, and continuous system updates such as bug fixes and performance optimizations. The agency requires that the vendor perform all work offsite at the vendor's own office location. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
