The solution must allow communications staff to manage, customize, and upload HTML signature designs, while automatically applying these signatures to messages sent from Outlook and supported mobile clients. Integration with Microsoft Entra ID is required to synchronize employee profile data. The requested system must feature a controlled self-service interface where end users can edit designated prepopulated fields, select standardized location address options, and update their signatures when profile information changes. Additionally, the solution must support the centralized management of promotional banners or campaign content appended below the signature without requiring end-user action.
