Cloud-Delivered Secure Internet Access and Security Service Edge Solution

The agency is seeking a cloud-delivered secure internet access and security service edge solution to protect its users, devices, and locations. The agency needs to solve the problem of securing on-premises users, remote workers, mobile devices, and branch locations without deploying dedicated security appliances at each physical site. This unified, cloud-native cybersecurity platform must provide DNS-layer threat protection, web traffic inspection, cloud application visibility, and centralized security policy enforcement. The scope of work requires cloud-based web traffic inspection and filtering for both HTTP and HTTPS traffic, as well as URL and content filtering to enforce acceptable use policies. The solution must identify and block malicious websites, downloads, and web-based attacks while providing cloud-delivered firewall functionality. It must filter traffic based on IP address, protocol, port, user identity, application, and destination, supporting policy enforcement based on user, group, device, and location. The requested platform must discover and identify sanctioned and unsanctioned cloud applications in use throughout the organization. The agency requires the utilization of global threat intelligence to detect and prevent phishing, malware, ransomware, command-and-control activity, and newly observed threats. Additionally, the solution must integrate with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or other industry-standard identity providers, support role-based administration, and provide capabilities to identify and protect sensitive organizational data. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires all work to be performed offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online portal, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
