Cybersecurity Vulnerability Analysis Services

The Suffolk County Water Authority in Oakdale, New York is seeking a qualified vendor to conduct and annually maintain a Cybersecurity Vulnerability Analysis. The agency needs to assess risks to its Information Technology, Operational Technology, and Connected IT systems while establishing a defensible, regulator-ready security posture. Through this initiative, the agency aims to improve visibility into its assets, identify cybersecurity gaps, and develop a formal Cybersecurity Program and Incident Response capability. The scope of work covers evaluating the likelihood of exploitation and assessing operational and public-health impacts. The selected vendor must document existing security controls, analyze network architecture, evaluate logging and monitoring capabilities, and establish an asset inventory. Additionally, the project requires developing cybersecurity governance documentation and providing a prioritized remediation roadmap with actionable mitigation recommendations. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency expects the selected vendor to perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year.
