A government authority in Texas is seeking professional research data collection services to support key management decisions, assess airport performance, and test consumer preferences and behaviors. The agency requires these services to capture customer satisfaction scores, which serve as key indicators in the Board's management incentive compensation program. The selected contractor will conduct in-person intercept surveys at the airport using electronic devices such as iPads. The scope of work requires selecting a representative sample of participants in a non-biased manner and administering research questionnaires that include skip patterns, ranking, scaling, multiple choice, and open-ended questions. The contractor must provide interviewers who can interpret participant answers and probe for accurate, detailed responses.
