Qualitative Data Collection Services

The St. Charles, Missouri government authority is seeking a vendor to provide professional qualitative data collection services. The agency needs to gather community insights through key informant interviews, focus groups, and listening sessions to inform local initiatives. The project aims to identify community strengths, assess the built environment, understand forces of change, and analyze the social determinants of health. The selected vendor must conduct key informant interviews, facilitate listening sessions, and run a minimum of six focus groups. At least five of these focus group sessions must focus on the five social determinants of health domains. The agency requires the vendor to record and transcribe all sessions, manage the compensation of community participants, and provide supporting resources such as childcare, transportation, meals, and refreshments during participation. The scope of work includes performing a thematic analysis and synthesis aligned with the target domains. The agency requires the delivery of raw data in the form of full written transcriptions, a structured codebook, and comprehensive summary reports. All work must be performed onsite in St. Charles, Missouri, and eligibility is restricted to onshore vendors located within the United States.
