Logo Sign Franchise Program Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to operate, manage, fund, and maintain the logo sign franchise program on interstate highways and certain controlled access highways. This program provides blue highway signs with individual logos for businesses offering motorist services, including gas, food, lodging, camping, 24-hour pharmacies, and eligible attractions. The selected vendor must establish guidelines for the approval, design, erection, maintenance, and funding of these signs. The scope of work requires the vendor to furnish, install, and maintain all logo signs, as well as market all eligible spaces for business logo sign panels on mainline and exit ramps. Additionally, the vendor must develop and maintain a program website that provides general information, lease fees, lease options, contact details, office hours, office location, and eligibility criteria for each business category. The agency is planning a contract period of ten years for these services. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite. While the agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget, all clarifying questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
