The government authority located in High Point, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive onsite janitorial services. The agency requires these services to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and dust-free conditions across all office spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms. The selected contractor will perform these duties under a one-year contract period. The scope of work covers trash management, including emptying trashcans, replacing liners, and depositing all trash and boxes in the dumpster. Surface cleaning tasks require dusting and damp wiping horizontal surfaces, ledges, sills, partitions, and cloth bottom chairs, as well as cleaning grills on heating and air conditioning ducts. The agency also requires spot cleaning of entrance areas and glass partitions, damp wiping and polishing of chrome surfaces, and washing and drying of all interior and exterior glass and Venetian blinds. Floor care specifications require vacuuming and shampooing all carpeted floors, as well as sweeping and damp mopping uncarpeted floors. Tile and linoleum floors must be scrubbed with soap and water, rinsed, buffed, swept, stripped, and re-waxed. Bathroom maintenance requires sweeping and wet mopping floors with disinfectant cleaners and rinsing them, alongside cleaning kitchen countertops, sinks, and floors. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget for this opportunity. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid site visit on June 08, 2026, and submit all questions no later than June 09, 2026.
