The Town of Carlisle, Massachusetts, is seeking a United States-based vendor to provide on-call custodial support for temporary staffing needs and longer-term placement services. The agency requires these services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across its facilities through consistent, scheduled maintenance. Work performance will occur offsite, and the agency is currently looking for budget proposals to determine the cost of these services. The scope of work requires nightly trash emptying, receptacle relining, and trash deposition in dumpsters. Nightly tasks also include vacuuming all entryway walk-off mats, cleaning all bathroom fixtures, checking and refilling dispensers, and sweeping and damp mopping all bathroom floors. Additionally, the selected vendor must dry mop, sweep, or vacuum all floor surfaces nightly, perform spot damp mopping nightly, and fully damp mop all floor surfaces at least once per week. The agency also requires nightly removal of fingerprints from moveable entry glass. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 23, 2026.
