The City of New Haven, Connecticut, is seeking a contractor to provide vehicle immobilization devices and supporting services to assist the primary department responsible for enforcing parking, red light camera, speed camera, and school bus flashing red light violations. The agency needs to solve the administrative and operational challenges of managing scofflaw vehicles by implementing a modern, self-release wheel-booting system. This initiative aims to streamline the enforcement process, facilitate rapid compliance, and integrate seamlessly with existing municipal systems. The scope of work requires the contractor to provide and maintain wheel-attached vehicle immobilization devices alongside a back-end system to monitor and manage them.
