Concession Operations Services

The Incorporated Village of Port Jefferson, New York, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional concession operations services. The agency requires an operator to manage daily concession activities, which includes hiring all necessary personnel to run the facility in accordance with local regulations. This opportunity aims to secure a reliable partner to provide quality food and non-alcoholic beverage services to visitors and community members at the agency site. The scope of work covers the daily management, staffing, and maintenance of the concession facility. The operator must adjust hours of operation based on the day, season, and weather, maintaining minimum hours of two hours on weeknights and from 10:00 a.m. to dusk on weekends, or during other scheduled agency activities. The selected vendor must submit all menu prices to the agency for approval prior to making any sales, and the sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the operator must provide and maintain proper waste and trash receptacles in locations approved by the agency. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. All contracted work must be performed onsite at the designated Port Jefferson location. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and financial structure for this project. The agency is establishing a contract period of two years for these services. Interested bidders must submit all clarification questions no later than June 17, 2026.
