The Gunnison County Electric Association in Gunnison, Colorado is seeking a contractor to provide professional paving services. The agency requires a partner to supervise and direct the work competently, applying the necessary skills and expertise to execute the project in accordance with the contract documents. The selected contractor must take sole responsibility for the construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, safety, and procedures. The scope of work requires the contractor to assign a competent resident superintendent who must remain present at the site at all times during the execution of the work. The contractor must maintain good discipline and order at the site and assume full responsibility for initiating, maintaining, and supervising all safety precautions and programs. The agency can arrange overnight parking accommodations during the project if the contractor requests them in advance. Eligible bidders must be onshore United States organizations, and all paving work must be performed onsite in Gunnison, Colorado. The agency is looking for proposals with pricing expressed on a per ton basis. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 29, 2026.
