The Hawaii government authority is seeking qualified vendors to provide a wide range of professional and consulting services for various projects during the 2027 fiscal year. The agency needs to address its operational, planning, and research requirements across multiple disciplines from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The contract period for these services will span exactly one year. The requested scope of work covers eighteen distinct professional fields to support the agency's diverse initiatives. These fields include telecommunications, workforce research and analysis, accounting, anthropology, auditing, biological sciences, community planning, and computer science. The agency also requires expertise in economics, education, training, and research services, engineering, escrow and title services, federal resource development, legal services, public relations, real estate appraisal, social work, and survey statistics. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based solely in the United States. The agency requires all contracted work to be performed offsite. The agency has not disclosed a set budget and is looking for cost proposals from interested parties to determine the financial framework.
