Administer a Community Aging in Place Program Service

The Maine State Housing Authority in Augusta, Maine is seeking a vendor to administer a community aging in place program service. The agency is attempting to solve the safety and accessibility challenges faced by low-income older adult homeowners who wish to remain in their homes. By implementing low-cost, low-barrier, and high-impact home modifications, the agency aims to reduce the risk of falling for this vulnerable population. The scope of work requires partner agencies to manage the entire service lifecycle, which includes conducting client initial interviews and in-home assessments. Selected partners must schedule and execute the home modification work and limited repairs for eligible housing units.
