Project Management Consultant Services

The government authority in New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive project management consultant services. The agency needs to support the continued development, implementation, and sustainment of its statewide initiatives. The selected partner will manage implementation activities, coordinate stakeholders, support governance structures, and provide ongoing program management across the project lifecycle. The scope of work covers supporting the ongoing implementation, operational maturation, and potential expansion of statewide initiatives as defined by the agency. The vendor must develop and support mitigation strategies, track and report on program performance and key milestones, and support the development and refinement of governance models. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency has not disclosed a specific budget and is looking for proposals to define the cost. Bidders must submit all questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 17, 2026.
