Downtown Parking Data Services

The City of Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide downtown parking data services. The agency requires a solution that delivers next-day visual insights for approximately 1,200 parking spaces, which span nearly 150 block faces and five off-street parking lots supporting public parking in Downtown Beaverton. This system must analyze daily and weekly parkers, as well as permit and citation data. The selected vendor must retrieve parking data via an Application Programming Interface (API) with Motorola Solutions, which serves as the city's Mobile License Plate Recognition System. The agency will not provide manual data transfers. Bidders must also include pricing for an API integration with Passport Inc., which functions as the city's Parking Citation Management System. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to occur offsite.
