Medicaid Billing and Nursing Documentation Two Modules Software and Service Program

The district is seeking a vendor to provide a Medicaid billing and nursing documentation software and service program consisting of two integrated modules. The clinical nursing module must support clinical documentation, Medicaid billing, data management, and administrative oversight across all schools in the district. The Medicaid billing module must support school-based Medicaid claiming, compliance, reporting, and reimbursement workflows while integrating with existing district systems. The agency requires the selected vendor to perform all work offsite. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The resulting contract will cover a performance period of one year. The district is looking for cost proposals to establish the budget for this program.
