Downtown Signalized Intersection Accessibility and Safety Improvements Services

The City of Bellingham Public Works Department Engineering Division is seeking civil engineering design services to improve accessibility and safety at downtown signalized intersections. The agency requires a qualified vendor to design infrastructure enhancements that address pedestrian safety and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance within the downtown corridor. Bidders must be organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The selected vendor will perform all design work offsite rather than at the agency facilities.
