Intensive Supervision Youth Competency Program Services

The Rock County Human Services Department in Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide intensive supervision youth competency program services. This program is designed to address the needs of youth adjudicated by juvenile court whose behavior puts them at risk for an out-of-home placement. The agency is trying to help these youth successfully complete their supervision, commit no new delinquent acts, and improve their decision-making skills. The scope of work requires the provider to use the concepts of positive youth development to deliver these services. Additionally, the selected provider must assist parents in establishing clear, consistent rules and age-appropriate expectations for their children. The performance of all contracted work will take place offsite. Eligibility is restricted to onshore organizations based in the United States. Bidders must submit any questions regarding this opportunity no later than June 16, 2026. Proposals must be submitted digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget. The resulting contract period will be for one year.
