The project requires the utilization of a predictive tool to generate a map layer, which the vendor will display on a publicly facing website domain alongside other useful layers and a user interface. This web-accessible map must assist mitigation bankers and other professionals involved in protection and restoration work to identify sites suitable for wetland creation. The agency requires the development of supporting products to assist the public in using the website. Bidders must provide a detailed explanation of their use of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI tools and products, within both the proposed solution and the development lifecycle. The agency is contracting this work for a two-year period, and the selected vendor will perform all work offsite.
