Web Based Self-Help Courses Solution

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based self-help courses solution for veterans. The agency needs a partner to handle the development, content, and maintenance of these highly interactive, self-paced training courses and related content. This initiative aims to solve the problem of providing accessible, remote self-help resources to veterans through the veterantraining.va.gov platform, a Learning Management System, or a research database. The scope of work encompasses all phases of the course lifecycle, including analyses, instructional design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance. Specific deliverables include course storyboards detailing proposed screen layouts, text, graphics, interactions, and scripts for all audio and video segments. The agency also requires micro learning storyboards for shorter, single-objective content, a media library for storing associated assets, and web development mock-ups for both standard and micro courses. Only Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) based in the United States are eligible to bid on this opportunity. The agency requires all performance of the work to occur offsite.
