The vendor must also develop and maintain a dedicated workforce development website featuring a comprehensive, accessible, and searchable training calendar updated at least monthly. This website must display registration fees, descriptions, and applicable training details, such as Continuing Education credits or hours. To support the training program, the vendor must develop and implement a digital communication plan utilizing newsletters, blogs, and podcasts to inform the workforce about news, trends, practices, and upcoming events. The vendor will also manage fee revenue, trainer payments, and scholarships as part of the operations. Performance of the work must take place onsite in Augusta, Maine.
