SharePoint Migration Services

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide SharePoint migration services to replace Alfresco with SharePoint Online as its Enterprise Content Management system. The agency needs to establish a target operating model, implement enterprise data governance, and design a system that conforms to requirements for governance, retention, metadata standards, and access controls. While the system will utilize SharePoint for file storage, a model-driven Power App will manage the site and folder structure, requiring a tailored migration path for legal content depending on the selected tools. The scope of work covers designing and configuring SharePoint Online architecture, including sites and hub sites with enterprise standards for document libraries, metadata, and folder structures. The selected vendor must migrate content from Alfresco and additional select document storage systems to SharePoint Online, as well as move and update content from existing SharePoint libraries into the new structure. The project also requires procuring the necessary migration tools and professional services to support these activities. Eligible bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit proposals digitally via email or online, and the agency is currently looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget.
