The agency is seeking website design, development, hosting, integration, migration, modernization, and digital presence overhaul services using the WordPress content management system or an equivalent open-source platform with documented rationale. The project addresses the need for a complete website modernization encompassing strategic user experience architecture, visual design, content migration, platform development, accessibility compliance, search engine optimization, performance benchmarking, staff training, and post-launch support. The agency requires wireframes for all primary page templates, including the homepage, audience landing pages, program pages, events and calendar, jobs board integration, news and media, contact and intake forms, and an about and impact dashboard. The scope of work requires audience segmentation on the homepage to route job seekers, employers, and veterans and special populations to differentiated pathways. The agency needs a dynamic impact dashboard with content management system-editable data fields for quarterly outcome updates, as well as social media meta tags on all pages. The selected provider must deliver full integration with an existing jobs board via application programming interface or an iframe with a responsive wrapper, alongside multilingual support for English and Spanish at a minimum. Bidders must be onshore organizations based in the United States to be eligible for this opportunity. The performance of all requested work will take place offsite.
