Website Design, Development, Hosting, Implementation, Migration and Support Service Using WordPress and Drupal CMS

The issuing agency is seeking website design, development, hosting, implementation, migration, and support services using WordPress and Drupal content management systems. The agency needs to solve the problem of an outdated digital presence by establishing a modern, responsive website optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. This project aims to improve overall website usability, user experience, navigation, search engine optimization, page load speeds, and hosting security. The scope of work covers user experience strategy, user interface design, and accessibility-compliant design meeting WCAG 2.1 or later standards. The selected provider must implement a user-friendly, secure, and scalable enterprise-capable CMS platform, such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or an equivalent, which enables internal non-technical staff to manage content updates easily. Additional requirements include CMS configuration and customization, CRM integration if applicable, and the migration of existing website content. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States of America. The agency requires the performance of all work to be conducted offsite. Bidders must submit their proposals digitally via email or through an online submission portal. The agency is looking for budget proposals within the submissions rather than providing a pre-determined budget figure.
