RFI for Customer Service Enterprise Portal Develop, Implement and Manage Service

The issuing agency is seeking information to develop, implement, and manage a customer service enterprise portal system, or any notable component of one, that integrates with their core enterprise system. This project aims to solve the challenge of managing diverse public and internal services by consolidating them into a single comprehensive solution. The requested scope covers event registration for tournaments, clinics, training classes, and public programs, alongside a dedicated mobile application for law enforcement and a customer mobile application for both iOS and Android platforms. The system must feature optical character recognition capabilities with auto-population functionality to streamline an online application process for titling and registration. Additionally, the agency requires tools for harvest monitoring and reporting, volunteer management featuring digital waiver forms, posted opportunities, digital timesheets, and staff verification workflows. The portal must also handle commercial and recreational permitting for saltwater and wildlife, lottery hunt management including registration, party or point management, and reporting, and system management tools with user role functionality for authorized users. Only onshore organizations based in the United States of America are eligible to participate in this market research effort. The agency expects the performance of all work to occur offsite. The agency is currently looking for proposals to understand potential costs and budget requirements for this initiative.
