Program Communication and Outreach Support Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive program communication and outreach support services. The selected vendor will manage public engagement, outreach efforts, and public contact and comment management. The scope of work covers website and social media management, program website maintenance, GIS support, media relations, and the creation of educational videos and content. The project also requires communications planning, organizing pop-up events, and developing presentation content. The vendor will support public advisory groups, facilitate community meetings, coordinate research facility tours, and produce information products and handouts. All performance of the work will take place offsite. Only onshore organizations based in the United States are eligible to submit proposals for this opportunity. The agency is looking for proposal submissions to determine the budget for this project. A pre-bid meeting will take place on May 14, 2026, and bidders must submit all questions no later than June 5, 2026.
