Computer Maintenance Management System

Salt Lake City Community College is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-hosted, web-based, and mobile-friendly Computer Maintenance Management System. The agency needs a solution that supports unlimited users and is accessible from Windows, Android, and iOS devices. This system must solve the agency's need for integrated management of work orders, preventive maintenance, assets, inspections, material ordering, reporting, billing, customer access, and mobile field use. The project covers full implementation in collaboration with the agency, which includes setup, configuration, testing, validation, and data migration from the current system, Sprocket. The agency is currently looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a specific funding limit. The evaluation will focus on the delivery of a fully configured environment that supports Single Sign-On, role-based permissions, audit trails, configurable fields, and real-time notifications. The agency also requires user training, administrator training, and role-based documentation as part of the final delivery.
