Cloud-Based Syllabus Software

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an intuitive, flexible, and cloud-based software-as-a-service platform for syllabus management. This software must allow faculty and staff to author and review syllabi, while enabling students and the public to view them. The system requires a user interface that is easy to navigate to facilitate quick and efficient syllabus creation. The requested solution must integrate and synchronize with other systems, including the Student Information System, curriculum and catalog management systems, previous syllabi, and learning management systems like Canvas and Blackboard. The platform must offer mobile responsiveness, potential mobile applications for iOS and Android, and accessibility via commonly used web browsers on any device. The agency is planning for a contract period of three years, with all performance of the work occurring offsite. Eligibility is limited to onshore organizations based in the United States.
