Artificial Intelligence, Teaching, Learning Benchmarks and Datasets Service

The agency is seeking a vendor to design, develop, and validate three distinct and independent, open-source K-12 instructional data corpora. This project aims to establish an artificial intelligence benchmark built for three critical use cases, which include adaptive learning experiences and feedback for students, lesson and instructional planning for teachers, and teacher coaching. The selected vendor will perform all work offsite over a contract period of one year. Eligibility is strictly limited to onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for proposals to determine the budget and has not disclosed a pre-set funding limit. Evaluation of proposals will depend on the vendor's ability to deliver the specified open-source datasets and benchmarks within the one-year timeframe.
