RFI for Artificial Intelligence Solutions

The issuing agency is seeking information on artificial intelligence solutions capable of assisting with or automating various responsibilities within public safety answering points. The agency wants to leverage generative artificial intelligence to improve the delivery of government services, streamline business operations, and optimize state services. These systems must augment and improve workflows rather than replace or impair the services received. The scope of work covers generative artificial intelligence products and services, defined as any free software or service that interacts with state data to generate derived synthetic content such as text, images, video, and audio. Performance of the work can occur onsite or offsite. Eligible respondents must be onshore organizations based in the United States. The agency is looking for budget proposals as part of this request. Interested parties must submit an Intent to Respond no later than June 10, 2026. All questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than June 14, 2026.
